About the experience.
The safari is built for groups who want to stay in the same vehicle. Driving it takes no strength: gas and brake pedals and a steering wheel, like a car. The route crosses jungle tracks and rocky riverbeds behind Puerto Vallarta, with a look at village life and the mountain scenery along the way.
Helmets, water and a light snack are included. Departures are from Marina Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta. Tell us how many are coming and we confirm the vehicles and the price in writing.

- Minimum age 8. UTV drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license; permits are not accepted.
- A $25 USD collision and damage insurance per vehicle is charged at check-in.
- Not open to pregnant guests.
- Bring: swimsuit, a change of clothes, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen and money for souvenirs.

01Is the price per vehicle or per person?
We confirm how the rate is applied for your group size with your quote, before anything is paid.
02Does anyone need off-road experience?
No. The vehicle is driven with pedals and a steering wheel, so anyone who can drive a car can drive it. The driver must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.
03How is this different from the RZR tours?
The RZR tours follow set routes to a waterfall, a ranch or Sayulita. The safari is a group-oriented jungle and river drive departing from Marina Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta.

The same mountain routes as the ATVs, driven from the seat of a side-by-side RZR with a steering wheel, foot pedals, full seat belts and a roll cage. Two or four people per vehicle.

Dirt roads, river crossings and a tequila stop at the end. Four ATV routes around Banderas Bay, on a single quad or riding double with a partner.

Out of the suburbs in a Unimog 4x4, through mountain streams and past settlements the highway forgot, into the Sierra Madre for a hike, a village and lunch by the beach.
