What we collect

When you send a request we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, travel dates, flight details, villa or address, group size and any notes. We also record which page you came from and campaign tags (such as utm_source) so we know how guests find us, and a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, arrange and confirm services, take payment through Stripe and support you during your stay. We share only what is needed with the local operator who delivers the service.

If you tick the marketing box, we may send you occasional travel ideas and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored securely in our booking systems (hosted on Cloudflare and Supabase) and in the Villa Experience owner and guest management system. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Cookies and chat

The site stores a small record in your browser of the page and campaign you arrived from, to credit your booking correctly. The Villa Experience chat widget may set its own cookies to keep your conversation.

Your choices
