About the experience.
Each colorful boat is named for a Mexican state. The night opens with carnival-style games, then the trajineras set off through the canals while a host keeps the party going and explains each dish as it arrives.
Along the way, ensembles play mariachi, norteño, ranchero, jarana, marimba, banda and campirano music. Dinner brings the flavors of Mexican cuisine, and the bar pours beer, tequila, rum and vodka. On Tuesdays and Fridays the night turns to the ’90s with Xoximilco Retro.
