About the experience.
Waiters arrive in black trousers and a white shirt and take over the serving: drinks on the terrace, appetizers before dinner, the meal itself and whatever the host prefers. A standard booking covers six hours of service.
Choose breakfast and lunch, dinner or a full day, with a special rate for New Year’s Eve. For larger parties we add more waiters, and a private chef can run the kitchen while the waiters run the floor.
Tell us the date, the number of guests and the format of the evening. We confirm the staffing and the price in writing before you pay.

01How many waiters do we need?
As a guide, one waiter serves a dinner for a small group; for parties we add staff. Send the guest count and we will recommend.
02Do the waiters mix cocktails?
They serve drinks and can pour at a bar set-up. Tell us if you want a full cocktail bar and we confirm what the team can provide with your quote.
03Can they work with our private chef?
Yes. The chef cooks and the waiters serve; we schedule them together.
04Is New Year’s Eve available?
Yes, at a special holiday rate. Book early: it is the busiest night of the year.
